1 General Terms

hv77 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming platform that provides live casino, sports betting, slot games, and other gaming services for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between the hv77 platform and all its users.

These Terms may be available in both English and Bengali. In case of conflict, the Bengali version shall take precedence. These Terms, together with hv77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form a complete legal framework.

We reserve the right to modify, add to, or cancel these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be taken as your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Process

To create an account on hv77, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently closed.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

The platform reserves the right to verify the identity of its users. The following documents may be required for verification:

• Proof of current address
• Proof of ownership of payment method
• Other documents where applicable

2.3 Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited. Any unauthorised access must be reported to our support team immediately.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

The hv77 platform is for users aged 21 and above only. No person under the age of 21 may create an account or play games on this platform. Providing false information about age will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

The following categories of individuals are also ineligible to use this platform:

• Those who have applied for self-exclusion
• Those whose previous accounts were closed due to fraud
• Those who are legally required to abstain from online gaming in any jurisdiction

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

hv77 offers new users a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit amount must be at least ৳300.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus has its own expiry period — any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• A bonus cannot be used across multiple accounts at the same time.
• Not all games may be available to play with bonus funds — each offer will specify the list of eligible games.
• hv77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if fraud is suspected.
• A bonus may only be claimed once — claiming bonuses from multiple accounts using the same IP address, device, or payment method is prohibited.

4.3 VIP Program

hv77's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Players are promoted based on their regular gaming activity. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP tier changes are entirely at hv77's discretion, and the platform reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits on hv77 can be made via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are not accepted.
• hv77 will not be responsible for deposits delayed due to technical issues.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Successfully requested withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• In cases of unusual or suspicious activity, withdrawals may be held pending investigation.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on hv77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies will be converted at the applicable exchange rate.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games on the hv77 platform follow fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined through verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If any user attempts to strategically manipulate the system, their account will be closed.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing using any form of bot, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts
• Colluding with or conspiring with other players to manipulate games
• Exploiting programming vulnerabilities or system errors
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game remains incomplete due to server or network problems, hv77 will determine the outcome of that game. If a game is interrupted mid-way, the user will receive their stake back, but no winnings may be claimed.

9.2 User Request

10 Limitation of Liability

hv77 accepts no liability for the following:

• Games remaining incomplete due to internet disconnection or technical issues
• Delays or failures in third-party payment processing
• Losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the user themselves
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances or events

In any circumstance, hv77's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of real funds in the user's account.

11 Changes to Terms

hv77 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to provide notice via registered email or on the platform. However, it is the user's own responsibility to read the updated Terms before each login.

Continued use of the platform after changes to the Terms will be taken as the user's acceptance of the new Terms.
